I am satisfied with the product.
Delivery: the delivery person did not leave the package in the mailbox even though it could fit (I checked); He rolled over the 80 meters of private road leading to my home, moving barriers that protected 2 manholes that had just been cemented at the risk of destabilizing them.
It might be useful to indicate on the packages those that can be deposited in mailboxes.

The site is very easy to use. For me, the realization of my size 37 did not pose any problem. Super product that I have known for over 40 years!

A downside on the order screen, which does not allow the selection of the desired product (photos showing two versions). Risky.

I am satisfied with the speed and quality of shipping from Chapellerie - Traclet. The product is perfect and meets my expectations, by the way, I will order a second one. However, the relay point is disappointing, friendly yes, but almost always closed. Moreover, their phone number corresponds to a private individual ...?

Good, no deformation because in a large enough box etc.. But as a result... does not fit in the mailbox, so I had to go pick up the box at the post office, you can't have it all ^^. I am satisfied.

Expensive for what it is. Part of the very thin double-sided adhesive film that overflows on the side of the fabric that will be in contact with the forehead: when you remove the protective film, at each end of the piece to be glued, a sticky rectangle will necessarily be against the forehead. It should have been that there was no sticky return at the ends. I am rather disappointed.

Response from Chapellerie Traclet
Hello,
the head reducers have a sticky part that extends on the other side so that it is held during delivery.
When sending from us, a part is unstuck to facilitate the removal of the protective film. It is then easy to do the same on the other sides.
We have an explanatory video for the installation of the reducer at the bottom of the page, here is the link:

Remaining at your disposal for any questions.
Best regards

Shipping within 24 hours of the product in stock. Correct packaging. The quality of the hat and the finish are good. The site indicates that it can be hand washed in cold water, but in the hat, a label with a cross on a basin indicates that it is not washable.
