Some sort of residue of a sticky white label on the straw hat that I had to peel off. Not professional on this detail otherwise nothing to report

The site works well, ordering is easy, delivery is fast, however the return system is paid, if we request an exchange, the site no longer provides information. It is necessary to call, fortunately the person on the phone is friendly. But it seems to me that the organization of returns and exchanges, often necessary when buying hats, should be better organized

Serious. Order respected. Deadlines respected despite the confinement in both France and Belgium. Only negative point: Chinese manufacturing

Fast and compliant. Except that it's a bit too big (I used the size guide). Not too serious, it's a cap.

Clear site, you can quickly find what you're looking for, possibility to contact someone by phone, reactive and efficient.
As for the products, sure you pay the price, but the choice and quality are there.
