For the second time, the hat arrives without labeling. It is too small.

Response from Chapellerie Traclet
Hello, normally this hat does have an inner label with the reference and size. Can you let us know if you have nothing at the bottom of the crown? Best regards, Traclet.

Very high return costs if I get the size wrong: shipping costs 4.70 + return costs 8€ plus costs for sending back a new size 4.70€

Excellent service, fast delivery, careful packaging. I requested a return on a first order that was too small with a refund request that was processed without any problems. A very recommendable site.

Announced waiting time is much shorter than reality and especially no communication to explain it and thus show us the seriousness of the order follow-up. More 'modest' sites relay every hiccup in the operations, that's what I've noticed over my online purchases.
