In my opinion, certain models like the sailor caps, for example, are not well cut and fit either too large or too small compared to a size that does not change for me since I am bald... One cannot spend their time on package invoices and returns. Until now, I had not had any issues with Traclet and I used to go there willingly; now I hesitate. The black sailor cap that I bought recently is quite happy to meet my ears to stop its irresistible descent towards my eyes.

Very serious company in every respect: site presentation, diversity of presented items, high-quality items, very fast and secure delivery, careful packaging and wrapping. Absolutely nothing to complain about. I give the TRACLET House all my trust and esteem.

Very good when the product is in stock. Efficiency, speed, quality of packaging. However, if the product is not in stock, I doubt that the information on availability is effective, so I found myself forced to order the unavailable product in my size from a competing site
