New shoes ordered but already worn.
3 weeks to receive an order that was supposed to be in stock following telephone enquiries.
A disaster! No seriousness Late delivery and then an error on the article.explanations they reversed the labels.... I end up with another customer's shoes and vice versa. 2 weeks and nothing and zero commercial friendliness on the phone. I have to return the parcel and I'll be reimbursed ... because the reverse is not possible due to customers claiming to be profiteers, they prefer to avoid non-returns. So we pay and it's up to us to prove our good faith. In short, if you're not in a hurry and aren't looking for a specific pair and especially a specific size, order with your eyes closed.

A few days later, I noticed that I couldn't adjust the small screws on the shims that set the angular freedom. Had the original shims been replaced, before a store return, mystery? All I had to do was order a new set of shims, a loss of 49.49 euros.
