I don't have any tracking information for my order of over 200: are the items in stock or not? What is the approximate delivery time? Has the order been shipped? If so, what are the carrier's details? etc. I do not recommend this site.

Dear customer, delivery times are notified when selecting sizes and quantities. Your tracking number is automatically sent as soon as your order is dispatched. But maybe it's in your spam folder?

I've been waiting 10 days for news of my order: no communication, when will it be sent? On the other hand, advertisements arrive regularly. What's the point of encouraging consumers to buy if you can't deliver?

I received the wrong size! 85 a instead of 95 a! Unfortunately I realized this too late, after trying it on. I was also given to understand that the 95a size didn't exist, so I would have at least needed the 90a!

With just an "on order", the customer could conclude that the item was not in stock. As for delivery time......attendons......

I didn't get my product because it was out of stock but the site still allowed me to order it, so I was disappointed. Refund was made quickly but I would have preferred it if the stock was up to date and I could have received my order.
