Product unusable and painful Very expensive

I'm only talking about delivery. To this day my parcel has still not been delivered. Order placed on 18/03/2023 and it is now 28/03/2023. So MINIMUM 10 days and more

Chez Mademoiselle gave me false information. I ordered an item and was told that they only had it in a different color. When I asked when that item would be in stock again, I was told that the company had quit making it. On that basis, I ordered the other color. I later checked with the company that produces that item and learned that the company is indeed still producing it. I also became suspicious of Chez-Mademoiselle upon checking reviews for Colissimo, the delivery company used by Chez Mademoiselle, I discovered numerous complaints about its being fraudulent or charging large fees to get the package in the end. On the basis of the false information about the one product and the reports on Colissimo, I cancelled the order. Instead of canceling it, Chez Mademoiselle refunded part of the money and quickly sent out the rest of the order. I have not yet received the goods and so I cannot yet comment on Colissimo or on whether I will even receive the goods.

I had chosen express delivery (within 1 working day) at extra cost, but it took 6 days!!!! On top of that, they harass me with a lot of advertising messages, and it's not possible to unsubscribe from the site!!!!

Well done site but delivery time not fast, 1 week even paying a supplement a delivery under 24h . Packaging of the goods very average, in an envelope of poor quality, the clothes had been removed from their original packaging, just a tissue paper and a plastic envelope of poor quality.

I received the wrong size! 85 a instead of 95 a! Unfortunately I realized this too late, after trying it on. I was also given to understand that the 95a size didn't exist, so I would have at least needed the 90a!

I put average for the delivery, it is for colissimo. Chez Mademoiselle dispatches orders quickly, but colissimo doesn't always meet its deadlines.
