Indeed, as our conditions state, there is a one to two business day delay for delivery to France (for products in stock). The carrier is required to offer you a first date within this 2-day window but not a specific day. However, you can change the date on the carrier's interface if the proposed date does not suit you. You should allow 2 to 3 business days for Belgium (for any order placed before 12pm). The order was placed on 26/01 at 4:03 PM and therefore sent the next day (27/01) for delivery two business days later (i.e., Tuesday 31/01). Saturdays and Sundays are not counted as business days. Did you correctly provide the right phone number?
