I called to install my Twister Clic2. I was kindly told that it was easy to do by reading the instructions and that this person installs them every day and that there was no problem. There was only one thing missing from his explanations that is not in this damn instruction manual either, namely: that you just need to hold ONLY the perlon wire between your fingers and turn it to engage or disengage the metal attachment in the rail!

What use did you want to make of the slider rail hooks? I clarify that they are not made to slide and put curtains (which is often asked of us).
