Very fast shipping and delivery on in-stock products. We ordered a rosette and cornices. The quality and finish are superb. The glue is also very good; we didn't order enough, and the glue sold in DIY stores is not as good. So we ordered more tubes of glue.

The site is user-friendly, and you can get help by calling. The merchandise meets our expectations. We have not yet done the installation. The merchandise arrived in perfect condition; however, the transport company is not quite on point regarding its appointments!!!

Very poor follow-up!!! I am still waiting for a response regarding the delivery of my order, despite multiple phone reminders with each time the commitment to keep me informed remaining unfulfilled. I was expecting delivery last week, but saw nothing coming. Not being present at the indicated address this week, I would like to know how to reschedule the delivery with your carrier.
