Well-located premises with elevator access between the station and the address: very convenient. Easy, secure access. Very good service. LITTLE BEMOL: putting your suitcase up high when it's very heavy can be complicated. Is it possible to reserve a locker at ground level? I'll pay more attention to this possibility next time I book (if it exists).

The premises are clean and well-maintained, it's really very convenient, 7 min from Gard st Lazare and right next to shopping malls and galleries. I highly recommend it.

Everything worked perfect: easy online booking; detailed description how to get into the room, how to open and close the locker.
In the locker there was a space for one large suitcase and a regular backpack.
Had tried it in Madrid a year ago and was the same very satisfied.

The only problem I have is that you can't choose which locker to put your suitcase in, so I had to put my large suitcase on top.
