Lockers are smaller than advertised. Cannot fit 4 small bags. Only 2 carry on bags fit and one large bag. Are not the dimensions listed on website.

This dimension is suitable for most large suitcases and should allow to fit up to 4 small luggages international IATA format (55 x 35 x 20cm). Sounds your luggage were bigger! It's not immediately clear how the service works: it would be useful to indicate on the door that you must first register on your site before you can access the locker room. Unfortunately, during my visit all the lockers were occupied, and I didn't know this until after I'd booked and completed the transaction. In such cases, it would be useful to indicate at the entrance to the locker room, or even inside, that all the lockers are occupied.

City Locker proved to be very easy to use. The information sent to enter the facility and open / close the lockers was clear and worked well. The lockers were as described. We were able to access our lockers as needed during the time we were storing the luggage. The only issue was that the floor appeared to need a light cleaning but this was minor and the reason was not under the control of the facility.

very practical it would be nice if the lockers were a bit bigger but it's practical all the same. but the cleaning on the other hand! a smell especially in the saint germain locker that was horrible it wasn't very clean it's not at all pleasant to put your things down in a place that smells so bad. maybe =that with the 1st of january there was no one to clean it. after that the first one we used didn't smell bad but it wasn't very clean either. but it's so practical that i'll use it again.

Good location and easy to handle. The locker could be a little bit bigger to be able to integrate 2 big suitcases in one locker. To rent 2 lockers is at the end a little too expensive. Overal really helpful and a good location right between the two train stations in Paris easily accessible.

This was the perfect solution for us between two Airbnb check ins. It was easy to use, perfectly located (two blocks from our Airbnb) and SO much safer than nanny bag where you leave your luggage at a tabac with strangers!!10/10 would do this again in a heartbeat.

The service was super easy to use, convenient and easy to book - and overall pretty affordable. My only complaint was that the size of the lockers was smaller than what seems adequate for anyone traveling for more than a weekend. We couldnt fit a suitcase and a carryon in the same locker. We could fit maybe 3 carry on bags in 1 locker and 1 large suit case and a back back in another. I would suggest offering some Larger size lockers!

I have booked this locker well ahead of my Trip almost 10 days ahead to have a piece of mind. We were staying in Disneyland for 2 nights but wanted to see Eiffel tower and paris city the last day before travelling back to Switzerland from Gare de Lyon station. So travelling without luggage is very important. The codes without any issue. Kids were amazed how cool it was to store luggage and roam around freely. We used the Bastille metro station as this is the closest to the locker. Super convenient.

The website said it would fit 4 suitcases, but in the end only 2 could fit.
Also I paid twice with my card to buy water from the vending machine in the store, but in the end, the water didn't come out and the money was deducted from my card twice.
I didn't feel good about the final result.
