DO NOT book in advance, wait until the last minute. This service is designed for travelers, BUT it is not possible to change or modify any booking made... While trips change due to unforeseen events, delays, etc. Our site should clearly state that all bookings are definitive, and not just by looking in the terms and conditions. Even their FAQ doesn't make this clear.

Hello, on the site it says From 2€, you have access to the information on the site The price is 12.00 €/day per locker for one day (8:00-22:00) (15.00 €/day on weekends and public holidays) For reservations of several days, the rates are degressive. On certain days, special offers are available for as little as €2/day.

I had to cancel my trip with my children because of CIVID, of course it was my son who was positive. But what can I do, go on my own... no Of course you offered me a credit note but I don't have a definite date. You're really not accommodating. I don't know if I'll call you again.

You contacted us to let us know that you had cancelled your trip for a COVID reason, and we told you that the service was normally non-refundable, but that in view of your situation we would give you a credit note. I think it's fair to say that we were accommodating.

Hello and thank you for your feedback. We would like to reassure you that the system is completely secure. You can only enter the premises if you have a reservation. Codes are personal and change every day. No one can have the same code. What's more, all our sites are under alarm and video surveillance. Security is very important to us.

The location was great for Chatelet and the locker was more than big enough for our 3 carry-on suitcases and would have fit larger suitcases if we needed. We had an issue accessing the lock up with our code but were able to text to get it sorted as soon as possible so there was no major delay.

thank you for your comment which corresponds perfectly to your friend's defamation campaign. we sent the codes by sms and by email as soon as you called ... just you were 3, ordered 3 lockers and you only needed 2 of them, d or it was a defamation campaign which can be punished by law. .... we let the customers judge with the many positive opinions ....
