The location of your storage facility suited us perfectly. The booking process is simple and intuitive, as is the access and use on site. The volume offered by the individual lockers is sufficient for 2 medium-sized suitcases.

Arrived at the door, the code they sent me didn't work. The phone number was useless, because was an automatic response to leave a message. After trying a few times, someone opened the door remotely and contacted me via the security camera inside opening the locker for me. I had a train to catch in the afternoon and I didn't know if the door will open or not when I will came to collect my luggage. Not a pleasant experience

Easy to access and use. High price compared to the luggage service at Gare de Lyon (almost three times more expensive).

The lockers are well located. Easy to find and use! It's really cost-effective for the day as well. However, lowering the volume of your machine is super loud and surprising as a result!

The lockers here were perfect. The large size enabled oversized and multiple items to fit in. I was able to store a Brompton folding bike. The location is fantastic as you can store luggage and then easily walk around for the day. Would highly recommend this service. Feels very safe with secure access.

Very good service. However, the premises need a thorough cleaning to be welcoming, to be done twice a year.
