Very practical and easy to use
The lockers worked well and the area was perfect. The only thing would be that they were a bit smaller than we expected but we did manage to fit everything in. It was all smooth from start to finish.

The app and locker system work really well, but the cleanliness of the place was awful 🙁 Obviously, it's the same tourists who don't take care of the space, but it's necessary to have staff helping to keep the place in good condition.
The arrival was very simple and easy. We were reassured by the codes at the door and for the lockers. The lockers are big enough for a large backpack and a small bag, and I still had space. We were not afraid at all of the security. You can trust it 100%.
So easy to use and find great for leaving bags for a day of exploring then on to Disney

Simple and intuitive, an excellent service for storing luggage before the flight. We put 4 cabin size backpacks and a large bag in a locker.

Muito bem localizado, perto da opera Garnier e Galerias Laffayete. No dia anterior recebi logo os códigos de entrada, e no dia achei muito simples o método de acesso aos lockers
Very convenient and secure to leave your luggage near the Opera and the metro.
Different size lockers would be a nice improvement. We had two suitcases that did not fit in one locker for a couple of cm and had to rent two with a lot of wasted space.
