Very easy to use.

Easy access. However, the lockers are only just wide enough for 4 carry-on suitcases.
Locker inaccessible...no refund possibilities I'm disappointed
Convenient and safe, with a small downside: the cleanliness of the cabins could be better (mud and dead leaves), especially for the daily price.

Everything worked easy and fast
Clear and easy to use. Meets my expectations.
Perfect fast efficient nothing to complain about
Very well located, 2 minutes from the Bastille metro station. This was the first time I'd used it, and the instructions are pretty clear. A code opens the door, then you go to the machine and type in the code for your locker, and the same for the return trip.

Very practical, everything is automated, there's an access code at the entrance, which guarantees real security for our luggage. The lockers are really clean and large. The time slot is very convenient, as we can leave our suitcases until 10pm. What's more, if you have any questions, all you have to do is call, leave a message and someone will call you within a minute. I recommend this luggage storage facility.

Super convenient! Online booking and payment, no need to queue to drop off or pick up your luggage, very reasonable price: one box can hold at least 2 carry-on suitcases, plus coats and small bags... There were 4 of us, so as a precaution I booked 2 boxes. City locker Paris on rue de Lyon is right next to the Bastille metro station, so there's no need to travel miles. Access is by code at the front door. Once inside, simply go to the terminal and follow the on-screen instructions to unlock your box.
