Because I only ordered one clip, it was sent to me by letter without tracking which I never received. After 15 days I called and they sent me the item again still by letter without tracking which I still have not received. I called again and they sent it to me with tracking which I finally received but almost a month later

Following an order error, I returned a slider that didn't fit and then received a new slider that does fit. In the exchange, it was supposed to be free shipping and this was confirmed to me by email by an employee who seemed shocked that I had to pay shipping fees again to receive the new slider. He informed me by email that he was addressing the problem immediately but without results since December 22!!!! After a first order, my trust in the company Clip&Zip has been significantly shaken. I specify that it is not the amount owed that matters, but the credibility and the principle of honesty of the company that disappointed me!

The sliders matched my order and the corresponding models, however the teeth of my zipper are plastic and the sliders do not lock the links and therefore the zipper opens in the middle. I am a bit disappointed, because in my previous order, everything worked well, I think the problem comes more from the teeth of the zipper, as I cannot close the slider properly on the teeth.
