Very well-made site and seller. However, the ordered sleeve is impossible to fix. After following the guide, the sleeve always slips and is irrecoverable due to having pinched it.

I have nothing to say about the guide, I found my happiness. Delivery was also quite fast (5 days). However, I am not satisfied with the product as it does not clip properly and does not stay closed on the zipper of my jacket. Indeed, it does not stay closed and opens systematically. So unusable. If I hold it pinched between my fingers, the zipper works. Too bad.

The instructions for finding a slider of the right size are misleading. Particularly regarding size 3CB which is described as corresponding to "a zipper of a wallet", the delivered slider is actually larger and therefore useless.

Zero, I find this product to be misleading advertising. Either the slider does not close and then it breaks, or it does not open and ends up broken as well. By the way, I am returning them and will not hesitate to make a nice advertisement about it on social media.

Well received my order after complaint because my first shipment never arrived, I advise you to prefer tracked mail for more security; that’s what I will do for my next order, because apart from that I am satisfied with my clipzip for quick and easy repairs! I recommend!

Everything went well until delivery. Indeed, a preparation error meant that I did not receive the right product (putty instead of all leather glue). After an exchange with customer service, they committed to resend the product and include a return slip for the putty in the envelope. Since January 19, I am still waiting and nothing has been delivered to me. Conclusion, very professional site, but deplorable customer service.
