Regarding the speed of shipping, it's impeccable. However, for the practical side of the small repair operation, I do not question the material, but I did not manage to change the casing which is bent and unusable on the jacket I wanted to repair the zipper. I think I should have pinched to fix the entire casing and not just one side (which is not specified in the video on your site). I think the mistake comes from there. So I ruined my purchase and my jacket is still not usable. :-(

Meh, I lost money and time because I have to reorder another size 8C (I had taken 5C) Yet with the size chart (useful because scale 1/1) and with my caliper to measure the zipper of my broken suitcase ... I couldn't do it even with a lot of perseverance! IT IS NOT EASY AT ALL TO CHOOSE THE RIGHT TYPE WITH THE RIGHT SIZE OF ZIP!!!
so I hope the other zip size 8C will arrive quickly before I go on vacation!
