The slider broke after 2 months, and as a commercial gesture, the shipping cost of 2 euros was refunded.

Very difficult to select a clasp, finding the right size is a very difficult journey. You will need to find a solution to define a precise measurement, more easily.

It's not made for children, they can't pull up the zipper, for us it's money wasted, forced to change the zipper, so double expense

I asked for advice for my first order and I was not indicated the right slider. So I had to reorder another one with doubled fees while the envelope showed €1.50 and I paid €3.90 in shipping costs. The first one ordered (4C) was too small. No need to return it, given the time lost going to the post office and the related costs. So I ordered a larger one (5C). I will skip the fact that to get one, I had to change color. Upon opening, the plastic tabs bent. Once opened, the slider had a bent appearance. No way to close it again. So, 20€ spent and a garment still unusable.

I have nothing to say about the site, the product corresponds to the given description but I could not repair the zip, it seems too big, yet a smaller size in invisible, develop your range or offer a better fit. Delivery was on time as announced, for my part I ordered a new zipper and will call a seamstress.

The slider did not fit because the zipper is too thick. I ordered another slider hoping it would fit. As for the shipping costs for this slightly larger slider, they more than doubled! 1.90€ for the first and 3.50€ for the second!! That's too expensive!
