I bought two clip&zip pull tabs, the first one broke when I tried to open it to attach it to my jacket, the second one I managed to attach but after a few uses my zipper wouldn't close again, and the pull tab got stuck on the wrong side... so I had to reopen it to reattach it and since then it doesn't work at all (it doesn't close enough and ended up disassembling itself...). I also contacted customer service after the first broken piece and 3 weeks later and a follow-up, I still have no new piece or news at all.

slider not suitable for fairly wide teeth although the size corresponds. The joint of the two jaws with a rivet? needs to be reviewed. The slider once opened closes poorly and the plastic tool is insufficient to open the slider, easier with a flat screwdriver.

At first, the instructions for measuring the right zipper size seemed very helpful. Unfortunately, disappointment followed: Although the measured size was delivered, the replacement zipper did not fit the original zipper slider. Additionally, I found the return to a somewhat untrustworthy address in Saarbrücken problematic. I sent both parts back, but even after a week and a half, I have not received a refund of the purchase price. Overall, I am very disappointed and did not expect such difficulties. Very unfortunate.
