Hello, the site itself, the simplicity of the order and the delivery of the product are exceptional and without surprises. However, I couldn't manage to mount the zipper to repair my closure (I ordered 2 pieces just in case). The size seems good (there isn't a more suitable one) and the explanations and videos are sufficiently explanatory (except perhaps the 'power' of the cutting pliers to be used to remove the old zipper). However, it's impossible to fully close either of the zippers purchased. Fingers, pliers, nothing works. To date, the repair is not effective. Too bad, the idea was appealing.

When I opened the zipper, the provided wedge broke into several pieces, even though I didn't force it. When I closed the zipper, it broke in two. This is such poor quality and absolutely miserable and I paid way too much money for this, it is simply of indescribable quality and I really feel cheated and deceived.
