I received a plastic bag containing only a small piece of red plastic. No zip in the bag! What a bad joke.. I called, left a message with no effect, also an email with no response. I am still waiting. Disappointing site, to be avoided.

We had to return the order because it was not suitable.
The package has been pending for several weeks on the postal tracking, I wanted to contact Clip&Zip by phone and got no response.
I contacted by email and got no response.
Following a bad comment on their Facebook page, I received a response saying that my email was in the spam and had not been seen.
A week later, the refund is made and my package is still pending delivery according to the postal tracking.
I will not complain but it seems quite suspicious to me.

The order went well - I understood which sliders to order for my double bass cover (size 10) and they arrived on time. The installation was relatively simple, however the slider does not apply enough pressure on the closure which consequently opens behind the slider (unless you manipulate it by applying additional pressure on the back part at a 45-degree angle). It's not ideal. At least it works better than a broken slider but not as well as the original - I also find it quite expensive...

Website with terrible shipping and after-sales service, I receive the survey and the order after having paid for it on August 1st, as of August 22nd I still haven't received it, and worst of all, I spent a week and a half trying to contact them by message and got no response, moreover, due to the delay I requested my right of withdrawal and it's like talking to a wall. I definitely do not recommend buying anything here because you don't know if it will arrive, but they charged from the first day.
