Product ordered on July 14 (displayed 1 copy left) for a birthday on 07/26. No news about the order 3 days before the date. Not delivered by the date. Customer service impossible to reach by phone despite about twenty attempts. Response by email that the product is ordered from the supplier. Despite several follow-ups in August and early September, it was finally delivered to me on September 13. No commercial compensation from the company.. So first and last time I order from them!!!
Ordered a Casio watch from the club de la montre, a few days after my order I noticed on my account that this watch was not available and that it was being restocked. since it was a birthday gift for my son, I tried to contact the customer service of the club de la montre so that I could switch to another available model to meet my son's birthday date. that's where my ordeal began, dozens of phone calls over several days, sometimes I would reach a gentleman, who told me he would put me in touch with customer service, I waited for hours without success. tired of the war, I decided to send a rather funny email to express my dissatisfaction. two days later I had the watch in my mailbox. finally I was able to give the watch to my son with three days delay. thank you club de la montre, you brought joy to this birthday. if you want seriousness in a company, you won't find it at the club de la montre.

I received the watch broken
Extremely fast shipping but major issues with delivery and nonexistent communication with the site... Can do much better!

Purchase made 8 days ago, still nothing received, no news of my package and no way to track it...
DPD keeps sending me emails but I still don't have my package. Really unhappy.
Very disappointed, I did not receive my package. I tried to call several times but got no response, I still don't know where my package is. I requested a refund and have not received a response.
Kelton watch ordered on 12/7/2023, in stock according to the site, with delivery in 2 days. After a phone call on 12/12/2023, I was told that the product is not available???? and that I can order another model of watch or request a refund. I opted for the refund which was done quickly, and I ordered from another site that delivered in 3 days without any problem!!!!! So, I conclude that the Club de la Montre site is misleading by offering the product in stock when it is not true. I was preparing to order other products from this site, but this experience has taught me a lesson and I will never use this site again in the future, and I will let others know about their incompetence and their misleading site regarding products in stock. USELESS.
Watch received 6 days later, collection point closed and change of collection point. Watch that does not work or works poorly. No alarm even after making all the adjustments, the display flashes when it should ring. As soon as you activate the light, it is impossible to read the digital time. The second hand is poorly calibrated so it never indicates the second. Good contact today by phone and of course return to the factory. For now, I am very disappointed with the quality of this watch.

02/12/2019 Rating: 1 Review: The watch never worked. Sending it back, given its price, would have taken too much time and cost me too much. This purchase was, for me, a very bad deal.
Disappointed plastic watch will go to the Emmause
