Hi, despite a quality service in terms of processing, order tracking, and delivery, I had to return the item (a Casio Vintage men's watch) because the size was really too small. It seemed more suited for a woman's wrist. Awaiting refund Best regards

How is it that the watch was already running?
Some problems and scares with this transaction. First of all, during payment, I requested a PayPal payment x4 but ended up paying the total amount in one go. I called PayPal to ask why, and they explained that the problem came from the merchant site, which was not working or not working well, and that the problem certainly did not come from them. I am a regular user of PayPal and PayPal x4 and they trust me completely. I decided not to retract the payment even though it is my right as a consumer according to PayPal. Secondly, when I checked my 'Order History', it was indicated: In the process of being supplied, which is strange and scary because before paying, it was indicated 'In stock'. I would never have ordered on this site if the item was not in stock and needed to be restocked. Thirdly, I tried to call the merchant all morning, but no one answers the phone... I paid an extra fee for fast delivery J+24, I guess I just have to be patient, wait and see. I will change my rating if the product is delivered as promised.

No commercial follow-up or customer service in case of technical problems from this seller. This is the case, not for this last purchase, but for a watch previously acquired by my partner (skeleton watch Patrouille de France Athos 8) which has a problem with the escapement wheel of its movement (warped wheel!). Has never bothered to respond to the emails sent, video included showing the manufacturing defect, despite several reminders. Passionate about watches, we intended to acquire the entire collection of Patrouille de France watches, as long as they are automatic. The experience with Montre Automatique has cooled us to the point of not pursuing it and especially not recommending it. We are considering requesting assistance and intervention from LIP, the parent company of the Patrouille de France brand. Let’s hope they act responsibly, as it concerns their follow-up and credibility in the competitive market of affordable watches, or Swiss and Japanese brands are serious alternatives enjoying an established reputation for reliability that no longer needs to be demonstrated and especially not rebuilt.

Fragility of the screen broke in a few days, apparently due to a defect and a thinner thickness than previous models. Unbearable after-sales service, first response proposing a return for examination canceled by a second message declining all responsibility. I won't be fooled again!
