Short delivery and preparation times, the seller is responsive. Only 2 products out of the 4 had complete packaging, which doesn't look very professional and raises questions about the integrity of the product given that it's no longer packaged. I don't know if I'd recommend this site.

Disappointed because it's been 2 times that I've ordered from this site, which I recognize as very attractive in terms of the products on offer and the low prices, but the orders aren't fulfilled: the 1st error concerned the color of a mascara and the 2nd order was missing 1 product. Although the prices aren't very high, it's not justified not to process customer orders properly. What's more, customer service isn't very responsive despite my messages, with no reply from them. In short, I think it's a real shame!

But the big problem is with the lipsticks... we don't have enough information about the colors, the way they look on the lips, the textures, especially the lack of photos.
