Very good: The site is nice, it's a bit annoying (but not limited to them) to have to register to buy (you don't buy knives all the time)... The product is very good, I appreciate the different types of offers.
Excellent: Ordering on the site is intuitive and fast: each time a knife property is modified, the price and photo are updated. A small drawback: not all possible compositions have photos available.

Product darker than on photo: nice site, product arrived in good condition, knife darker than on photo, gift wrapping not great, impeccable packaging to protect knife from transport, engraving on blade normal.
Good management service from order to delivery: From order to receipt, tracking is good, deadlines are met and the package is well protected.
One downside is the quality of the kit received. It is not equivalent to the knife purchased in your store. Probably not the same range.

Very poor quality: the bolsters are welded any way they can be, there's a 5/10 gap between the bolster and the lock. The top of the blade is rough, as is the spring.
Even a laguiole made in china is better finished.
Buying in kit form should not be synonymous with buying M...E in kit form!!!

Real Laguiole. Laguiole: I've ordered a knife twice now and no problem. Quality of material, delivery in less than a week, everything is perfect.
Very satisfied: This is my second knife, the first with corkscrew is a great pocket knife and the second 12cm is my daily table knife. It is not possible to find better knives than Layole, but beware of the real ones, i.e. Laguiole Honoré Durand.

Repairing an old Laguiole: My bull's head Laguiole is old, the spring ended up breaking.
I contacted and emailed photos to Honoré Durand cutlery. The same day, I received a very clear and precise reply on how to send my knife for repair.
Two weeks later, I've just received it.
It's as good as new! Beautiful workmanship on an antique knife, which I've owned for over thirty years and hold dear to my heart.
What's more, this repair cost me next to nothing (postage only), which is no mean feat.
I'm very satisfied with your cutlery, and I wanted to let you know and thank you very much for your work, your diligence and the friendliness of the people with whom I've exchanged e-mails.
