I knew your cutlery having already bought from you but on the spot and I was satisfied with my order by internet well received for Christmas.
This was my last order from their company. I paid over €20 for shipping. I couldn't click on another delivery option. I find that outrageous. Lg Bianca
The Chronopost delivery was disastrous: a change of relay point 45 minutes from the initial address. I was unable to have the parcel re-delivered or reconciled. I was therefore unable to receive my parcel. Very bad experience. Awaiting refund. Total dissatisfaction.
I never thought I'd order such a small knife. For a Christmas present it's more than a shame.
Over a month's wait, and it was for a birthday party. Lame!
Everything went very well from order to delivery
One of the worst customer services I know! Incorrect information about the delivery date is given on the homepage. When I ordered, I was told 1-3 days with express delivery. After ordering I receive an e-mail with a delivery in 8-10 days. Spent over 50 euros on express delivery for nothing. Customer service does not recognize any mistakes. Ordered there last time. If you could give 0 stars, I would. I will never order from such a fraudulent company again, even though I have already spent over 3000 euros on their products!
- on Monday 25.11.2019 at 12:27 we put it into production by informing you at the same time by e-mail about this production process with a production time of 8 to 12 days (you confirm that you have received this information) - the package leaves for you on Thursday 28.11.2019 at Fedex (3 working days after your order) - the package will be delivered to you by Fedex on Friday 29.11.2019 at 13:45 - on 09.12.2019 (10 days after delivery.......) contact us to express your deep dissatisfaction....... and ask us for a refund of the order and shipping costs; we of course accept on the goods, but we refuse to refund the shipping costs, hence your very negative evaluation and your deep dissatisfaction. To say that you can have your order delivered by chronopost the next day before 1pm, at €26.10 for postage, and to have it arrive two days later is very disappointing! All because it takes you 1.5 days to get to the post office... Give your customers the right information! This is unacceptable!
It is clearly and explicitly indicated that "if you have a precise date to respect, we advise you to take an additional margin of 1 day and to indicate it to us either by e-mail ([email protected]) or at the time of the order (box "Comments")" which you did not do. The parcel left the day after you placed your order. This is why your request for reimbursement of the full Chronopost cost was refused, quite rightly I believe. Hello to date I have not received my order. .. I am dissatisfied with colissimo too expensive and sometimes in does not warn of their passage. I prefer relay koala or other ... This is the last time I order from you .... and this is my 3rd order.
Ridiculous size, capital price: this product is a joke, too small to be true, and the engraving is too small and illegible.

Very poor quality: the bolsters are welded any way they can be, there's a 5/10 gap between the bolster and the lock. The top of the blade is rough, as is the spring.
Even a laguiole made in china is better finished.
Buying in kit form should not be synonymous with buying M...E in kit form!!!
