Completely satisfied with my purchase: knife as described and pictured. The company's team took my request into account and advised me. The shipment was fast and secure.

Carrier problem: I can't give an opinion because La Poste still hasn't delivered my parcel, even though it was sent by you on July 2nd. After 25€ of shipping costs and 20 days of waiting... It's a real shame, because you were so quick and responsive by e-mail, but the gift I was waiting for still hasn't arrived...

Real Laguiole. Laguiole: I've ordered a knife twice now and no problem. Quality of material, delivery in less than a week, everything is perfect.

Very satisfied: This is my second knife, the first with corkscrew is a great pocket knife and the second 12cm is my daily table knife. It is not possible to find better knives than Layole, but beware of the real ones, i.e. Laguiole Honoré Durand.

Very fast delivery, very good service: I'm from Germany, I ordered the Laguiole two-piece (current) on the 6th of July, yesterday (the 16th) the knife arrived. The packaging was very good: the knife was insured three times - in a box, and then in a bag.

Repairing an old Laguiole: My bull's head Laguiole is old, the spring ended up breaking.
I contacted and emailed photos to Honoré Durand cutlery. The same day, I received a very clear and precise reply on how to send my knife for repair.
Two weeks later, I've just received it.
It's as good as new! Beautiful workmanship on an antique knife, which I've owned for over thirty years and hold dear to my heart.
What's more, this repair cost me next to nothing (postage only), which is no mean feat.
I'm very satisfied with your cutlery, and I wanted to let you know and thank you very much for your work, your diligence and the friendliness of the people with whom I've exchanged e-mails.

Excellent products: Fast delivery and superbly packaged. A very effective whetstone and a belt holster that looks strong. It remains to be seen whether it will hold up over time. One small drawback is that the website doesn't give much detail about the knife sizes associated with the storage sheaths. So I took a bit of a guess but I got it right....
Very high quality knives (2 bought recently) with a new blade whose alloy seems to be made to last. I highly recommend it, as it's one of the only very reliable sites for buying knives of this brand and quality on the internet.

Top mad in french : received a day late ( compared to the date given by the carrier )
the knife arrived well, very good workmanship good finish ( see very good )
it's a shame that the quality card, is not very nice ( and arrives folded ) it would be a plus
but the knife itself is top, the engraving blade nice ( but I have a doubt about its durability ) but not very legible
well ok I'm honest if not very critical
that said it's still a beautiful knife well from us and it's top.

Me je dit bravo : bonjour a tous . le site nickel je viens de commander un spécimen , de 12 cm corne de cerf, tire bouchon ,une bonne prise en main . magnifique . commander le mercredi reçu le samedi , qui veut dire 3 jour après , top quoi! le couteau il est très bien . mais en plus il est vraiment aiguiser , attention les doigts ..... et aussi très bonne finition aucun défaut . en fait je l ' ai tourné dans tous les sens eh ben il y a rien NICKEL je le recommande
