Excellent product and web catalog, but packaging to be reviewed. Hello. The knives are as expected. Communication during purchase and package tracking is perfect. But the parcel is "over" packed. The whole box was wrapped in adhesive tape and even taking my time I couldn't find a "civilized" way to open it. Of course the parcel has to be well protected, but the experience of opening it is part of the pleasure of the purchase (example Apple products and Amazon shipments). I will recommend your site. La Coutellerie : Hi. This isn't the first time I've ordered ' always satisfied, it's not the Chinese copycats. Now the brand is well recognized, which is a relief, by dint of persistence you've succeeded. BRAVO
Excellent workmanship, I'd even say remarkable. Very reliable company, just a little disappointment on my last order where the bolster of the knife didn't fit very well, that said it makes the piece unique, but somehow quite disappointing.

Receipt of the hunting knife: Yesterday I took possession of the hunting knife with boxwood handle. Despite a somewhat long delay at customs, any worries from the past were quickly dispelled when I acquired the knife. I think it's excellent in every way, from the finish to the solidity of the product and the comfort of the hand.
Out of five purchases, this is my fourth knife from Honoré Durand's Coutellerie de Laguiole. The other was a gift that was much appreciated by the recipient. This will not be my last purchase from this cutlery.

When they say it's guaranteed, it's really guaranteed!!!! The spring on my knife was broken, I sent it back and they sent it back refurbished (polished, sharpened, spring changed...) FREE OF CHARGE !!!! There are still companies like that !!! B.R.A.V.O.

I had consulted other local manufacturer sites and the knives were sold with a sheath. I didn't notice that this knife didn't come with one.
Beautiful! I ordered two knives/gifts (one for me!) and I don't regret it! I don't dare use it, it's so beautiful! Even the 'horn tip' sticker hasn't moved from the blade. The contacts were very pleasant and the parcel very well protected. My only regret is that it doesn't come with a sheath (even a soft one). I highly recommend Durand cutlery.
