Disappointed because the personalized message of my order was not transcribed which, for a gift, is rather regrettable. I don't know if I'd recommend it, especially as the delivery time was quite long due to the shortage of the model (a shortage not indicated at the time of purchase but only afterwards in a separate e-mail). In short, the knife complies but the service is disappointing.
Well-structured site, easy to access and user-friendly. Everything is clearly laid out. The site allows you to build up the final product step by step, according to the options. It's great for visualizing it.
The knife was delivered on time and it looks very nice, the engraving on the handle is also very beautiful. I can't comment on the quality as it was a gift and I'm not familiar with knives. The only thing to criticize is that the parcel was simply left on my doorstep and not delivered to the parcel store as I had requested. With a knife costing just under €300, it would have been really stupid if it had been lost or stolen on the doorstep.
Practical and efficient
The site offers extensive search functions that make it easy to find the knives you are looking for. If you can't find anything, you can even configure a knife. The customer service is first class, I had the opportunity to choose the Damascus blades of my choice in advance (I changed my mind again, no problem). The delivery takes place in secure packaging (when unpacking, the tension increases until you finally reach the knife)...
