I went to this store because I have made many purchases there. Always satisfied. It's a shame that the sommelier ordered is shown in stock on the site when it is not. They responded very kindly to my subsequent order and added it to the package of the first order. Unfortunately, the postage costs are very high. The assembly instructions are not really usable: the translated text is incomprehensible and the exploded drawing did not belong to my knife. It goes without saying that a do-it-yourself kit should also include the necessary tools. How am I supposed to know which of the individual tools on offer I will need? A mini bottle of wood oil would be nice!
