Customer service is top notch, they are very competent and friendly. Good advice, contactable by phone if needed, by email too, and fast shipping and neat packages. Perfect. They gave me good advice because my deadline was short as it was for a gift, so they helped me to choose from their stock in order to meet the deadline, and that's perfect. Don't hesitate to ask their advice, it's a real plus. Nice gift package (just don't stick the label on so the buyer can see the knife before giving it 🙂 ), care instructions enclosed, warranty certificate etc...
