We were informed of this by email and told how long it was expected to take, as the knife has now been put into production. Ultimately, this feels even more personal, as I have now received a knife that has been specially produced for me rather than a knife from the shelf. The knife itself is great. Excellently crafted and simply a wonderful hand flatterer. The customer service should also be emphasized. I ordered a second knife a few days later. When the first one was ready, I asked whether it should be sent separately or together with the other knife. This saved on packaging and helped the environment. The second shipping fee was also credited. Finally, the shipping rounded off the great experience. Shipped on Thursday in France and arrived in Germany on Monday morning. To sum up, I can only recommend Honore Durand and say a big Merci beaucoup to all the staff there!
