I bought a knife 20 years ago, re-sharpened in the store about ten years ago. at the time, it was the craftsman's laguiole. very satisfied with the manufacturer. we're from the north of France, so we stop every time we go down to the Pyrenees.

Very satisfied with my online experience. But it would have been nice to have a statement of how long it would take to manufacture the product. The site does not announce whether a product is available or whether it needs to be manufactured (10 days to allow for manufacturing). This is particularly useful if the purchase is a gift.
