Hello, first order and not disappointed. The online help is perfect. A little delay due to stock shortage but that's not a problem. Delivery assured on time with anonymous packaging (it's very good). Very satisfied with my online experience. But it would have been nice to have a statement of how long it would take to manufacture the product. The site does not announce whether a product is available or whether it needs to be manufactured (10 days to allow for manufacturing). This is particularly useful if the purchase is a gift.
