I placed my order and the next day I received an e-mail informing me that my knife had been made. The delivery time was about ten days, and the product was of very high quality, made almost to order, for a very long life,
I only regret that this XC 75 knife was not delivered perfectly sharpened. I'll do it myself with a water stone.

Excellent finish on handle and metal parts. Perfect blade, good cutting edge. I like the curvature of the handle, which is a little more pronounced than on other Laguioles, making it more comfortable to hold. A fine piece of work.
