I find that you order a knife that arrives with a defect and you are told that it has been checked by their service and no problem but I am asked to return the product without problem and I am told there is a defect so refund within a day and no more news since the order I think they should take products and orders from more serious customers.

We and our family have been customers for years. The knives are beautiful, high quality and unique. The kit we just bought seems perfect and will certainly please the patriarch of the family for his birthday. An original gift idea.

The site is well designed, with a wide choice of knives, and lots of filtering modules to make sure you find the product you're looking for. The module that lets you choose the engraving on the blade also works very well. A small downside, however: I had a promo code for my order, which was taken into account by the site but not at the time of payment by Paypal. So I had to use another payment method, and it worked. I also got in touch with the manufacturer, who was very quick to respond and solve my problem. So I'm very satisfied with the commercial consideration I was given. And the order arrived in just 1 week, even though I live in Portugal, and was perfectly packaged and conformed to my expectations.

It's easy to find the right knife for your needs on this site, but delivery tracking on the UPS site is a bit chaotic: very quickly it was posted in transit to Toulouse, then for 3 days there was a warning triangle with a delivery date of February 16, but in fact I was able to pick it up at the relay point on February 12 (dropped off at the relay point at 5:30 pm the day before).

Quick professional response. I did write them in French with a specific request and they responded immediately, even though it was near the end of the workday in France. Their website is clear and easy to navigate, and the financial transaction was smooth and resulted in instant confirmation emails. I'll know better when I receive the knife, but I feel very good so far and would do business with them again. Fred
