The site is clear and the product is very good, but I would like to see an automatic order receipt e-mail. On the other hand, they are very reactive: I sent an e-mail and received a reply within 24 hours. I also asked if I could have my order delivered ahead of schedule, and they said yes, with a very short lead time. So I recommend them for their reliability and quality of service.
