Well-designed

The delivery was fast, the goods (knives and whetstone) were packed very securely, and the goods are also great! The only thing I find impractical is the navigation when ordering: instead of "hundreds of knives" I would prefer to see a selection of features (material for handle, type of steel, size, blade shape, type of bee, ...). Perhaps a drawing with measurements would also be useful, because my first impression of the knife when I unpacked it was that it was rather small - perhaps I would have ordered the next size up if I had seen the measurements.

Very responsive to readjust and complete my order. Exchange of emails and telephone reception extremely friendly and efficient. On the other hand, I give a zero score to the Colissimo service (which fortunately does not depend on La Coutellerie). The deliveryman calls me on the intercom and informs me that he's leaving the parcel in the driveway of my building. I can't say anything. Of course, there was no signature and no possibility of making the slightest reservation if that had proved necessary. Lousy postal service. Fortunately, the quality of the product and the service make up for this lamentable service.
