I was very satisfied throughout the entire purchasing process, right up to delivery. The knives are exactly what I ordered, except that the 7 notches on the top of the blade were not made. This was one of my selection criteria and I'm disappointed that the delivery was not as shown in the photo.

Delivery, speed ... Perfect. Of the 2 knives ordered, one matched, but the other did not match the image I selected. The selected knife had a lot of stains in the wood and the one received is blank on one side and a few small black dots on the other. I'm disappointed with this knife! With kind regards
