I have so far ordered approximately 6-7 Do it Yourself knife kit from Honore Durand and am very happy with the product. They are very professional in processing the order, it always got delivery within the estimated time, I feel confident ordering from them in the future and have recommend them to many people who enjoyed learning the craft of making a top notch Laguiole knife of their own.

I only regret that this XC 75 knife was not delivered perfectly sharpened. I'll do it myself with a water stone.

Excellent finish on handle and metal parts. Perfect blade, good cutting edge. I like the curvature of the handle, which is a little more pronounced than on other Laguioles, making it more comfortable to hold. A fine piece of work.
