The "Laguiole" folding knives offered by Honoré Durand are of excellent quality, the choice is wide and everyone will find THE knife of their choice (a "must have"). The site is pleasant and well illustrated, however the navigation seems to me could be improved, especially in the case of an optional choice when ordering. I also appreciated the related aspects around the Laguiole (historical, regional, use, ...). Best regards JC./.
