We visited the workshops in August 2024, unfortunately without a guide as we had just arrived. Very good advice for this order which was a gift. Deadline respected, nothing to complain about for this first order.

A little too expensive. Other manufacturers have better quality and are cheaper. Otherwise all good.

Excellent finish on handle and metal parts. Perfect blade, good cutting edge. I like the curvature of the handle, which is a little more pronounced than on other Laguioles, making it more comfortable to hold. A fine piece of work.
