Order made to replace David 12 cm knife blade used for over 40 years (not every day of course! ). Simple addition of metal on the back of the blade to compensate for the wear of the bee's eyes....We're off to the inheritance!!! Very pleased to have been able to repair my Laguiole thanks to you . Very nice, well-designed knife. I like the blade stop and the adjustments to the various parts. You can tell the quality is there. My only quibble is with the sharpening when I receive it. It lacks sharpness. I think this could be a commercial obstacle. You absolutely have to deliver a knife with a flawless edge. For mine, no worries, a little sharpening restored the situation.
