Hello Sir, Thank you for your opinion; I take good note of your criticism of our packaging, but I'm a little surprised by it because our customers are usually delighted with our packages, which are highly resistant to potential theft during postal transport.
Please also note that a shipment to Reunion Island, as in your case, obliges us to use oversized packaging (which is what you should be criticizing) that can support the Post Office label with three copies of the invoices and four copies of the customs declaration; this "administrative customs documentation" effectively imposes on us an oversized volume of cardboard in relation to the continuous shipment. Finally, the parcel contained a natural stone whetstone which can break on impact (we therefore prefer a well-protected parcel). I hope you enjoy using your knife. Yours sincerely Honoré DURAND
