I can't really express an opinion on the site: we wanted to order a knife that we'd seen in Layole's own factory (store).
Nothing to complain about: the order was easy to place, very well packaged and quickly delivered. When you have a question, the answer is quick and very courteous.

I had a problem with the placement of the engraving of my son's initials on my corkscrew, but citing this to you through an e-mail sent to your home, Christophe Durand replied that he would correct things, so happy, but not 5 stars this time because of the planned return of the corkscrew.
Only the German translations need improvement. Some of it is not understandable. But the service was excellent. Thank you very much!
