As usual...EXCELLENT!!!!!! : About 10 years ago: 2 purchases and nothing to say except Excellent! Two new purchases this year and....IDEM! What professionalism! The year-end purchase on the website and the after-sales service. The quality of the products and the know-how of this company make me think that "Better" won't be easy, and comfort me in my choice.
Fast, well processed order: I had no complaints about the order: I was kept fully informed of its progress by e-mail, and it was dispatched very quickly. The only small drawback was the packaging of the knife-making kit: I hadn't asked for a gift pack, as I wanted to see the item before giving it as a present. It was very well protected, but I would have appreciated a box.
