My Laguiole: After a short stay in Laguiole, during which I visited the factory
and bought MY knife, I realized when I got home that I'd forgotten something: the sheath.
No sooner said than done, I went to the website, which was very pleasant, placed my order,
and very few days later I received my order.

The plates are of very good quality (stainless steel and brass), as are the spring and the blade (carbon blade, apart from damascus blades, is the best).
Once cleaned, polished and mounted, it will be perfect 🙂
Knife kit: This kit is self-assembly for a good handyman. It looks good, but the instructions are not very well done, too small and not detailed enough.

Fortunately, traditions are still alive and well at Honoré Durand, which is evident not only in the way impressive knives are produced, but also in the way business is done. Wonderful. We came as a group, curious to find out how this famous knife we've heard so much about is made. The tour of the workshop and the commentaries explaining the various stages of manufacture were very interesting. The store is magnificent, allowing us to admire these beautiful knives.
