Responsiveness, simplicity, quality! During the vacations, I stopped by the boutique to see the quality of the knives on display. I had a present to give, so I thought it would be original to offer a LAYOLE knife at my friend's home. The delivery time was very good, the knife was very well packaged and the knife was sublime! The plates are of very good quality (stainless steel and brass), as are the spring and the blade (carbon blade, apart from damascus blades, is the best).
Once cleaned, polished and mounted, it will be perfect 🙂

Knife kit: This kit is self-assembly for a good handyman. It looks good, but the instructions are not very well done, too small and not detailed enough.

Order: service and performance nothing to complain about

Your products are perfect... : . . . but your site is complicated. On July 23rd I ordered 2 "all-aluminium" knives on the internet which I received a few days later, no problem (3CT112IM0ASOININO1). On September 25 I placed an additional order for a knife I thought was the same model (1LA112IM0ASM12ALU0) and received a folding knife with a shorter blade. As it suits me for other occasions I'm going to keep it, but I can't find the "way" on your site to order parts identical to my 1st order. Thank you for helping me, best regards.
